The Tarot Store

Terms of Sale

These terms explain how orders are accepted, fulfilled, and supported when you buy from The Tarot Store.

About Us

The Tarot Store sells tarot and oracle decks from the United Kingdom. If you need help before or after an order, contact us via our contact page.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods listed in your basket. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and send a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, there has been a pricing error, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment must be authorised before an order is completed. We use Stripe to process card, wallet, and other supported payment methods securely. If a payment fails or is reversed before dispatch, we may pause or cancel the order.

Product Condition

We sell full tarot decks and clearly describe their condition. Used decks may show honest signs of age or handling consistent with the stated grading. Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate, but minor variations in colour or packaging can occur.

Delivery

Orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership transfers once payment has cleared in full and the goods have been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns process is explained in the Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights in relation to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for losses arising out of an order is limited to the price paid for the relevant goods, except where a broader remedy is required by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country in which you live.
