Returns Policy

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with any guidebooks, inserts, and original components included.

How to Return

1. Email us at sales@theguildedveil.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Package the item securely and send it back using a tracked service.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent. Used decks should not have sustained any additional wear or damage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is returned in a worse condition than described.

Return Postage

If the item is faulty or not as described, we will cover the return postage cost. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Original outbound shipping charges are only refunded where required by law or where the item arrived faulty, damaged, or materially not as described. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
